The Turkish employee who filed a complaint with the DOL that prompted the visit and audit to Horizon Denison, won his case and was awarded $21,000 in back pay that the boys screwed him out of. Details are on, "Oops, Guess He Forgot This One."
And as a poscript -- check out the dates of the original audit and the "settlement" date, it only took the feds 4 years to complete their investigation...
This is a great idea -- now if we can only get our government to audit the other 120 plus Turkish-run charter schools in the United States and come up with results quicker than 4 years, we might just be able to recover some of the millions of bucks that they have money-laundered.
