It sounds better in English
Now this guy is happy that he found out how they (the Turks) can continue to exploit their fellow workers (you know some of the ones that they are also extorting money from), and by proxy, their American colleagues. He seems actually giddy when he informs his "dear siblings" about being able to tell his colleagues to f-off in both Turkish and English when they inquire about overtime pay; and his ability to shove the labor laws in their faces when it comes to overtime pay.
So tell us once again, why it is that they randomly and selectively choose which United States laws to obey? Oh! that's right, they only care about the ones that will benefit them and not the ones they skirt to continue their rapid infestation into our school systems as they rape the federal and state funding intended to go to our children's education.
We wonder how the American and Turkish teachers feel about their attitude towards overtime -- or for that matter, their attitude about how they (the worker bees) are simply pawns in Gulen's master plan and easily expendable and replaceable.
And you better work on that air-conditioning problem -- take some of that Tuzuk money and get it fixed so that you can stop swearing at your employees.

Degerli Kardeslerim,
Exempt Staff
A. Exempt employees are paid on a salary basis.
B. Exempt staff are not eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40
per week. Exempt staff have greater flexibility for scheduling work. Scheduling of
exempt staff should follow the principles outlined below.
1. Full-time exempt staff are expected to average at least 40 hours of work per week
and may need to work more than 40 hours per week to fulfill their position
responsibilities.
2. Time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will not result in overtime pay or
accumulation of compensatory time off.
3. During unusual situations, a unit may balance a period of heavy work with a
period of reduced work, without regard to the number of hours worked in any
particular week.
Bilgilerinize sunulur.
Bu arada kullandigim uygunsuz kelimelerden dolayi ozur dilerim. Su anda binanin isisi 90 Fahrenheit civarinda da.

My Dear Siblings,
If maybe some of our employees who think that they are smart and try to give us hard times and ask us, “We work more than 40 hours and why can’t we get overtime?”, the following statements taken from federal laws can be told to them. I took them from Ohio State’s policies and they are not changeable from university to university and I saw the same at the federal laws. So, it is trustable source. It starts with overtime exempt staff and continues.

Statements are too clear and sharp. A couple of years ago, when they asked me this question, “I told them “has tir” with Turkish accent and in English “Fuck you” but I could not connect it to the laws.
It says that they can work more than 40 hours until they do their job description and it does not matter how long it takes.
Bilgilerinize sunulur.
Sincerely yours
