You decide...
In this email dated back to 2008, the boys, Sagnak and Akkaya (the two guys that were confused about their respective job titles during their scam green card applications as discussed in previous blogs), are getting a little testy about the fact that Akkaya had not repaid all of the green card application processing funds back to the school. Apparently, according to Sagnak, Akkaya still owed $1,000.00.
Seems like Sagnak is a bit miffed and is complaining to the then Concept Schools President, Kara that Akkaya is stalling on the reimbursement. On the other hand, Akkaya is equally pissed off over the fact that Sagnak had his entire $3500.00 green card fees paid by the school, and thinks it’s a bit unfair, that he must pay for his.
And tell us once again why our tax dollars are paying for either of these guys to get green cards in order to become permanent residents and supplant American workers.
In his email, Sagnak complained about how he had hoped that “it would not be a pain for us,” to collect the money from Akkaya. Now the real “pain” in our opinion was that fact that neither of those clowns should have been sponsored to work here when Ohio’s unemployment rate in 2008 was 7.6% and inching up rapidly to what is now 9.1%.
It seems logical to us that if Sagnak and Akkaya could not afford to pay their own respective immigration fees then perhaps they should have stayed in Turkey – and left out tax dollars and jobs unencumbered by their respective greediness.
And as a side note -- didn't Akkaya apply for a green card under the title of Science Department Head, but on his email he notes his titles as "chemistry teacher and project coordinator?" We are pretty darn sure that when Akkaya was at Horizon Science Academy Middle School Denison that there were no chemistry classes and that Lynda Galloway was the Department Science Head. Futher, Sagnak had applied as the Dean of Academics on his application but lists his title as "science teacher and Director."

What am I suppose to do? This friend (Murat Sagnak) is handling green card processes without spending any penny from his pocket, but it is not the same for me.
May God reform him.
Now, I have paid $3175 to lawyer. Who is going to pay this amount back to me and when? I am not fussing like him and sending an email. Lets produce a solution not a criminal.
