Come out, come out Ali, wherever you are?

 
This would be very comical indeed -- if it were happening on a sitcom, but it's not. In the video below, you will see a group of teachers, parents, school neighbors, and other advocates gathering to confront Ali, the Director of the Chicago Math and Science Academy.

But back to the funny part, and that would be Ali hiding in his office and refusing to come out to meet with the group and answer their questions. The "guys" cannot take a pee without asking their lawyers which way to aim (however, in this case, he probably peed his pants when he saw the group walking towards the building).
 
We applaud the group and their efforts to regain their rights that have been circumvented through the "Turkish" dictatorship, Oops!, we mean directorship.

It appears that the American teachers have had their fill of baklava and double talk, and want action -- American style.

Bravo! Let's hope the other schools and their respective staff  members follow the lead. Solidarity goes a long way -- just ask Gulen.

We received an update on the video from a participant that said that Ali did come out of his office, agreeing to meet with the group, but we do not have details of the meeting.
