And EXPOSING FRAUD
There was another Turkish American protest held over the weekend, this time in front of the Pacifica Institute in Los Angeles. The Pacifica Institute touts itself as being a sort of interfaith Mecca, when in fact it is just another Gulen front to money launder American tax dollars.
Despite their impromptu and relatively small gathering – the protesters held to the common protest theme of Gulen’s continuing influence and interference into both Turkish and American politics – neither of which is in the best interests of either country (unless of course you're Gulen or his followers).
What is particularly disturbing is that the protesters feel the need to hide behind masks because of fear of reprisal – which is a legitimate reason, especially for those that still have family members living in Turkey. In this country, because they cannot falsely and randomly arrest opponents, the Gulenists usually find ways to harass the opposition through lawsuits, character assassination, or claims of Islamophobia or general discrimination. Yet, the Turkish-American protesters in the United States are still hesitant to reveal their identities because they know too well that the Gulenists have far reaching tentacles that can – and do – snatch away the civil liberties of anyone who has the guts to expose the Gulenists for the frauds they are.
The fear is so real that the organizers of the Los Angeles event did not want the Gulenists to know in advance of their protest demonstration so that like in Saylorsburg, the Gulenists could use their local influence to corrupt the protest process.
But what are people afraid of? Why do people in Turkey and the United States need to cover their faces with masks in order to disguise their disgust over Gulen’s disingenuous agenda and the inability – or unwillingness of the dual governments’ ability to stop the fraud, harassment, civil right violations, and illegal activities perpetrated by the Gulenists? We get that Gulen is pulling the political strings over in Turkey, but what’s the United States’ excuse for allowing him to ravage our educational system through discriminatory practices, immigration fraud, extortion, and money-laundering, all gratis of the United States’ taxpayers?
The protests continue to evolve and will not go away – but what must go away is the fear that the Gulenists have the absolute power to continue their reign of terror both here and abroad. Instead of covering up the identities of those who are courageous enough to expose the Gulenists, let’s start stripping the masks off of the true imposters – the Gulenists -- exposing their identities, agenda, and ensuing corruptive activities.
We need people who have been victims of the Gulenists to come forward and tell their stories to people who can and will affect a change. We have government contacts that will protect the victims and prosecute the offenders, but it can only happen if we make it happen. Although, the protests, replete with signs, stories, and speakers have merit, they will only be instrumental in bringing the Gulenists down if people are willing to come forward and testify against the Gulenists.
