Now this guy Sagnak is perplexed about what to do with the qualified candidates that are applying for the ''fake" position that he holds in order to get his green card application approved.
According to the Department of Labor laws, in order for a foreign worker to be granted permanent residency (green card) the sponsoring entity has to prove (allegedly anyway) that the alien is the ONLY qualified person to fill the job.
Keep in mind -- unemployment in Ohio was hovering at almost 11% when this faker and his accomplices were manufacturing a green card position.
So when Sagnka asks Risha Oza what he should do with the applications, how actually interviewing qualified candidates? Isn't that what you are legally supposed to do?

Am I the Director or Dean of Academics? -- I'll Toss a Coin (Part 1)
I'll Toss a Coin -- Part 2
Am I the Director, Dean of Academics, or Science Department Head? Now Akkaya was supposed to be the Science Department Chair, but then so was Sagnak, until they decided to "toss a coin."
Refresher course --
Sagnak was the Director, who thought he was the Science Department Head, who then decided he was the Dean of Academics (all at the same time). The Akkaya decided that he would transfer over from another school and be the Science Department Chair (which left those two guys in a pickle of sorts); but in reality, Akkaya he was the Project Coordinator at HSA Denison Middle School and not the Science Department Chair.
In fact, the same American teacher who had been the Science Department Chair at Horizon Denison for 3 years continued doing exactly what she always had -- which was to be the Science Department Chair. But Akkaya had to "pretend," because that was what he told the INS in order to get his green card.
So let's get this straight -- once again -- Horizon Science Academy Denison could not find a single qualified American teacher to act as the Science Department Chair despite advertising the position (allegedly). And the only person qualified for that position was Akkaya....
What about the American teacher who had been the Science Department Chair for the previous 3 years? Seems to me that she was probably pretty qualified -- but then -- I am only taking a wild guess.
Now if only Sagnak could get it straight.
