The film documentary, Killing Ed, an expose’ into the Gulen Movement’s infiltration into the United States’ charter school system; produced and directed by filmmaker Mark Hall, will premiere this Friday, March 25, 2016 in New York City. The film will be shown at:
Cinema Village, 22 East 12th Street New York, NY and will run from March 25-28, 2016, at: 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Mr. Hall will be at the 7:00 PM show on March 25, 2016, and will hold a question and answer session following the movie.
The film chronicles the Gulenists activities both in the United States and abroad, and how their many tentacles reach out and feed off of United States’ taxpayers in order to fund the Gulenist agenda – a complicated, twisted, and secretive scheme that has moved stealthily throughout the American education system for the past 16 years.
In the instant case of the United States’ charter schools, the Gulenists have created a multitier system of political payoffs, cronyism, nepotism, and flat out fraud. Hall’s movie cuts through the Gulen propaganda machine, exposing a Gulenist agenda so complex that 97 minutes can barely scratch the surface of this organization’s multifarious undertakings.
The film offers snippets into a convoluted Gulenist platform that coalesces smoothly and secretly into our educational system – all for the exclusive benefit of bolstering the Gulenist coffers and furthering their self-serving agenda through their misuse of United States’ tax payer funding.
Beyond the charter school education scam, the film showcases Turkish citizens who were tortured and illegally jailed simply because they opposed the Gulenist agenda.
In contrast to Gulen financed propaganda films, Killing Ed tells it the way it is – really is.
