Okay, we know that we are beating a dead horse, so to speak, (note to our Turkish readers, don't call PETA, that's just an American expression...), but if the United States' Turkish schools do not have an affiliation with Gulen, then why, oh! why, did they have Gulen's official website post their school activities?
And come on, tell us once again why it is that our students need to participate in a Turk-a-thon? Is it so that the girls can learn how to tie head scarves, and the boys can learn how to be future Tuzuk participants?
Performing for Gulen's benefit?
Apparently this link can no longer be accessed. Why is that? Good question, maybe they figured out that it might just prove that there is "link" between the United States' schools and Gulen.
Note the American schools that participated in the Turk-a-thon. They are some of the very same schools that are protesting that they are not connected to Gulen. Read Tim Steller's story and see what the Sonoran principal had to say (or not) about the school's connection to Gulen. Hey guys, if it is all on the up an up, what's the problem with coming clean?
